Information for property Managers

We are a mushroom microfarm specializing in high-end gourmet fungi, supplying farmers’ markets and hospitality businesses, with plans to expand into retail. Based in East London, we began in a shed growing 20kg of mushrooms weekly. Our range includes lion’s mane, oyster, shiitake, nameko, king oyster, as well as native and unusual strains. We also produce mushroom seasoning, dried whole and powdered mushrooms, and grow-at-home kits. We are now seeking to expand into a larger site.
