Our range of Oyster Mushrooms are perfect for packing a meaty punch over the holidays. These mixes include a range of Black Pearl, Blue-Grey and Summer Oysters to provide a beautiful range of textures and flavours to any dish - whether it’s a Christmas Eve Mushroom Soup, a duxelle for a wellington on the big day or a vegetarian pulled pork alternative on boxing day!
All our mushrooms will store for a minimum of five days. Your order can be collected at our farmers markets on 20th December (Wimbledon) or 21st December (Blackheath), or delivered within London from the 21st-24th December. As we are a small farm delivering these personally we will send out your delivery day a week before we drop them off - please let us know in your order notes if there are any days you can not receive your delivery.
